e.construct designs structures such as bridges, high-rise design, commercial facilities design, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services. The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.

Job Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible Business Administration Assistant to provide personalized advanced and professional administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
  • Organizing meetings.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Conducting or preparing any required researches.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases, document control and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Various ad hoc requests.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the same field or relevant.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional discretion amp; efficiency.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
