We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Female Spa Manager to join the team at one of our prestigious clients. As the Female Spa Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and oversee the day-to-day operations of their exquisite spa facility. • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and professional assistance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver the highest level of service to guests.
• Develop and implement spa programs and treatments that align with the company's standards of excellence.
• Manage the spa's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and handling guest feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained spa environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the hotel's marketing team, to promote and market spa services effectively.
• Monitor and control the spa's budget, including forecasting and cost analysis, to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of spa operations, including treatments, products, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
• Preference for a female candidate due to specific spa services provided.

Benefits

Basic Salary 10,000 AED plus Housing allowance 7500 AED
