We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Account Manager to join our innovative team in the fast-paced realm of Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing enduring relationships with clients while spearheading sales initiatives. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be tasked with not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations by addressing their needs promptly and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities
• Achieve quarterly and annual target set for his/her territory or named account
• Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve sustained success.
• Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Address individual customer needs with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Expand our business footprint by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
• Resolve conflicts efficiently and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
• Provide guidance and supervision to account representatives to drive sales growth.
• Regularly report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set, communicate, and track sales account targets, aligning them with company objectives.
• Monitor key sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Recommend strategic actions to enhance sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in Account Management
• Mandatory experience in the UAE and GCC markets
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.
• Hands-on experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
