Apt Resources, a leading recruitment agency in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Operations to join our client's team a Royal Palace. The successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping department's daily operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This key leadership role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• Ensure proper inventory and control of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Oversee the scheduling and assignment of housekeeping tasks
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to Housekeeping services
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Assist with budgeting and cost control for the department

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role in the luxury hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
