Our client is a global production company. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager MENA to join our client's team in Dubai.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the MENA region.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, adapting HR policies and practices accordingly.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in the local job market.
- Provide guidance on organizational change, including mergers and acquisitions, and lead HR-related communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, labor unions, and other external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, and recommend continuous improvements to HR policies and processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in HR managerial role, preferably in the MENA region.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR practices and employment laws in the MENA region.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
