Manager Investor Relations

Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a Manager Investor Relations to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. Your main objective will be to effectively communicate our financial and business strategies, ensuring transparency and disclosure of information to the investment community. As part of the Beond team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to our mission of redefining the premium travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Manage the communication process with the investment community, including coordinating earnings releases, conference calls, roadshows, and investor presentations.
• Provide timely and accurate information to investors and analysts regarding our strategy, financial performance, and industry trends.
• Prepare and review investor-facing materials, including presentations, press releases, annual reports, and other investor communications.
• Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, as well as competitors' activities, to accurately assess the company's position in the market.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and best practices in investor relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with investors, analysts, and financial community.
• Strong understanding of financial marketsandvaluation methods
• Excellentverbaland written communication skills, ability to articulate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFA, IR Society) is a plus.
