Apt Resources a leading international recruitment agency is seeking a talented and dedicated Barista to join the team of one of their clients that have a speciality coffee shop. We are passionate about serving high-quality coffee and providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages following recipes and customer preferences
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the coffee preparation area and equipment
• Stock and replenish coffee beans, dairy products, and other supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
• Passion for coffee and high-quality beverages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
