Data Entry:
Inputting alphanumeric data into computer systems with speed and accuracy.
Transcribing information from paper documents, forms, or other sources into digital formats.
Database Management:
Updating and maintaining databases with new or changed information.
Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors.
Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval.
Quality Control:
Reviewing data for inconsistencies or errors and resolving discrepancies.
Conducting data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and following data protection protocols.
Adhering to privacy policies and regulations when dealing with personal or sensitive data.
Communication:
Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Efficiency and Productivity:
Meeting or exceeding established data entry targets and deadlines.
Using efficient data entry techniques and keyboard shortcuts to maximize productivity.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed and keyboard skills.
Basic knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
