Responsibilities:
Achieve Targets:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory or named accounts.
- Utilize a deep understanding of the banking and investment sector to align sales objectives with industry trends and client needs.
Account Portfolio Management:
- Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of accounts to ensure sustained success and growth.
- Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their business needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the BFSI sector.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide proactive, solution-oriented approaches.
Business Expansion:
- Expand the business footprint by leveraging existing and potential customer networks in the banking and investment sector.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional products or services that align with clients' goals.
Conflict Resolution and Customer Support:
- Efficiently resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and customer-centric manner.
Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide guidance and supervision to account representatives to drive sales growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize technology go-to-market strategies with business objectives in both retail and corporate banking.
Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Monitor key sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
Strategic Planning:
- Set, communicate, and track sales account targets, aligning them with company objectives.
- Recommend strategic actions to enhance sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions that may impact client relationships.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance the company's positioning in the BFSI sector.

Requirements
• Proven track record of success in Sr. Sales Account Management in BFSI
• Mandatory experience in the UAE and GCC markets
• Minimum sales experience of 5 years and above in BFSI is a must.
• Proficiency in English languages is must, Arabic will be plus
• Hands-on experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
