Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a eCommerce Trade Assistant Manager to help grow our eCommerce business in existing and new markets and own the day-to-day trade marketing activation plans. The eCommerce Trade Assistant Manager will oversee the global marketing calendar on HudaBeauty.com to support our D2C eCommerce business, as well as managing the stores across social platforms on Meta as well as TikTok. We are looking for a manager with strong creative, commercial and analytical abilities, strategic vision, and a passion for eCommerce. The eCommerce Trade Assistant Manager will report to our Senior Global eCommerce Manager and work closely with all stakeholders within the eCommerce Team. This role will also work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Product owner, Creative/Design, Commercial Markets, and Finance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee the editorial content calendar, content briefing, and content planning for our global eCommerce website
· Manage the international go-to-market strategy for product launches, key events, and shopping holidays
· Localize our content strategy, delivering differentiated content strategies by zone that is backed by data-insights
· Develop strong trade marketing plans with a creative and commercial mindset, in order to achieve sales target and brand vision
· Build the localization roadmap for our website, scheduling localization projects and managing our translation agencies
· Monitor and measure success of globalization initiatives and report findings
