• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Upselling and making customer orders
• Answers inquiries and take phone call and phone messages orders.
• Process complete and accurate customer orders and record them in the restaurant POS database.
• Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
• Accept and process payment and return the correct change (if cash)
• Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
• Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
• Record new customer details in the POS data base
• Processing discounts & coupons if any
• Handling customer complaints
• Make reservations for customer booking.
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Help kitchen staff when needed.
