We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Development Director to join our team to play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase lead generation. Requirements
What will be your responsibilities?
· Identify and prospect potential clients and partnerships to expand our client base.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs at met and exceeded.
· Responsible for the end-to-end process of overseeing RFP’s, including but not limited to proposal development, coordination with subject matter experts, and submission.
· Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and content for RFP responses, ensuring that proposals are accurate, well-structured, and tailored to meet client requirements.
· Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis, including cost estimation, profitability modelling, and competitor benchmarking, to determine the most competitive and profitable pricing structure. Create financial models in collaboration with Finance to evaluate the impact of various pricing scenarios on profitability and overall financial performance.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the media production and marketing industry.
· Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute a business development strategy. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
· Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
