Job Summary
As a Content and Community Management Manager at GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center, you will play a vital role in creating and managing engaging content across various platforms while fostering a supportive and informed community. This position involves crafting compelling narratives, facilitating discussions, and ensuring a positive online experience for individuals affected by diabetes.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
Develop and curate high-quality, informative content for various channels, including blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create content that educates and empowers individuals managing diabetes.
Ensure all content aligns with the center's mission, brand, and industry best practices.
2. Community Engagement:
Build and nurture an online community through social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.
Respond promptly to community queries, comments, and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Initiate and moderate discussions on diabetes-related topics to encourage engagement.
3. Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
4. Collaboration:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, content creators, and influencers to amplify the center's reach.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing strategies.
Identify and leverage partnerships to enhance community engagement.
5. Education and Awareness:
Develop educational materials and resources to inform the community about diabetes management, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in content creation and community management, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with diabetes-related topics and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
