Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Dendra Systems, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Dendra's customer base and revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, government entities and stakeholders.
Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities and develop current customer base.
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with product, technical and operational teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans.
Represent Dendra Systems at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
Essential
Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully closing deals.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Preferred
