We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who will be supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring that the day to day operations of the CS team are completed efficiently, along with documentation and handling of customer queries and complaints. You will also support the inbound channels during peak hours and help identify and escalate complaints across different channels (Social Media, Call, Chat, etc).

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate with clients through various channels providing product and service information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep a record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education
  • Preferably undergraduate in business or Communication
  • Fresh graduates / 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support/ Call Centre role
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and Customer support practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, problem-solving and multi-tasking and inter personal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
  • Phone etiquettes
