The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day support for client projects. This involves crafting materials, such as stakeholder engagement plans, briefing documents, intelligence reports, while also conducting and analyzing research on various client-related matters. Additionally, you will takes charge of coordinating client meetings and events, as well as contributing to client deliverables under the guidance of a Consultant or assigned account manager. Demonstrating proficiency in tactical skills, foundational writing abilities, and effective written and verbal communication, the Account Executive is expected to interact with staff at all levels.
What will be your responsibilities?
· Collaborate within an account team to implement effective PR strategies and plans.
· Cultivate strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media professionals, addressing day-to-day inquiries from the media and other organizations.
· Monitor diverse media channels, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media platforms, and blogs, to identify opportunities for clients.
· Conduct research and disseminate targeted press releases to the media.
· Compile and analyze media coverage, generating comprehensive clipping reports.
· Contribute to the organization of PR events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press/influencer trips.
· Support in identifying speaker opportunities and exploring suitable brand collaborations.
· Manage and curate content on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with users to enhance brand presence.
· Generate regular client reports and actively participate in client meetings.
· Conduct research for new business proposals and present findings to the leadership team.
