Arabic Technical translator - Information Technology - 6 months contract

Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking an experienced Arabic Technical Translator for a 6-month contract in the field of Information Technology. As an Arabic Technical Translator, you will be responsible for translating technical documents, manuals, and other relevant materials from English to Arabic. Your main focus will be on accurately conveying complex technical information while maintaining the meaning and context of the original content. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of technical terminology in both Arabic and English are essential for this role.

• Translate technical documents, manuals, and other materials from English to Arabic.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the translation, maintaining the meaning and context of the original content.
• Research technical terminology and industry-specific terms to ensure accurate translation.
• Proofread and edit translated documents for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of translated materials.
• Adhere to established translation guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi for a six-month contract
• Proven experience as a technical translator, preferably in the field of Information Technology.
• Strong knowledge of technical terminology and industry-specific terms in Arabic and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
• Proficient in using translation tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in translating technical documents is preferred.
• Relevant certification or qualification in translation is a plus.
