Chief Operation Officer ( Sales background) for Real Estate Brokerage Company

Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operation Officer (COO) with a strong sales background to join our client's real estate brokerage company. As a COO, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the company's operational functions, while also driving sales growth and profitability. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement and optimize sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency
• Monitor and manage operational budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Operation Officer or similar leadership role within the real estate industry in Dubai
• Solid sales background, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations, including property management, sales, and leasing in Dubai
• Excellent understanding of financial and business principles
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is preferred
• Must be in UAE
