Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Operation Officer (COO) to join our client, a leading real estate brokerage company. As a COO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving growth. You will be responsible for managing key operational functions and working closely with the executive team to implement strategic plans.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and maximize profitability
• Streamline and optimize processes across various departments to improve operational efficiency
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Manage and monitor operational budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that meet business objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Operation Officer or similar leadership role within the real estate industry in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations, including property management, sales, and leasing in Dubai
• Excellent understanding of financial and business principles
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is preferred
• Must be in UAE
