As a Windows Administrator at Emaratech, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows server environments, ensuring stability, security, and high performance. Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows server operating systems.
- Ensure the stability and high availability of Windows server environments.
- Monitor server performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Windows Administrator or in a similar role.
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating System Administration ( Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 amp; 2022)
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, Group Policy Management
- Hands on experience in Configuration amp; Patch management using SCCM amp; other centralized management solutions.
- Virtual Desktop Provisioning and Administration.
- System Hardening amp; Implementation of Security best practices.
- Familiarity with the usage of Application Performance Monitoring tools to troubleshoot production issues.
- Virtualization platform administration.
- Troubleshooting amp; resolving critical issues in a timely manner and proactively taking measures to prevent them from reoccurring.
- Administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, One Drive for Business amp; Other Office 365 solutions.
- Familiarity amp; good understanding of Hardware, Storage, Networking, Database, and their roles in a production application system.
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery Concepts and Implementation.
- Administration of Internet Information Services amp; .NET applications.
- Administration of Endpoint Security Solutions
- Good understanding of Devops Concepts
