Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Performance Marketing Manager oversees the entire performance marketing of his pod (team), strategizing and implementing campaigns that drive conversions and meet objectives and targets. This role involves managing budgets, leading the performance marketing team, and ensuring campaigns across various digital channels are optimized for peak performance.
- Define the overall vision and direction for his/her team, including strategic planning and goal-setting; making sure that it’s aligned with the digital and growth department direction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the performance marketing team.
- Drive a proactive approach to testing new ideas, tactics, and technologies, aiming to optimize campaign performance and deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Evaluate and recommend new channels to enhance paid media performance.
- Provide the team with support in addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Establish KPIs and targets per client based on their paid media objectives, collaborating with the Performance Marketing Strategist.
- Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy.
- Oversee budget allocation and optimization for campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
- Demonstrated track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful performance marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
