Job Description: Project Controls Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project control procedures for oil and energy projects
- Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Analyze project data and generate reports for management review
- Coordinate with project teams to address any issues or deviations from the plan
- Conduct regular project risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
- Participate in project meetings and provide guidance on project controls best practices
- Supervise and train project control team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in project controls within the oil and energy industry
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
