Position: Project Manager (Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage project executions from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
2. Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, create work breakdown structures, and define project deliverables.
4. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring effective communication and efficient collaboration.
6. Monitor and report project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
