Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate all haulage activities within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
2. Plan and schedule the daily activities of the haulage team, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
3. Monitor the performance of drivers and ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company standards.
4. Resolve any operational issues or delays, escalating them to the appropriate department for resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of all haulage activities, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and delivery statuses.
6. Evaluate and optimize haulage routes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and address any maintenance requirements promptly.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations and timely delivery of goods.
