Reports:
1. Create and manage the preparation of weekly and monthly reports to support finance departmental
and business needs
2. Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.
3. Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and
reports.
4. Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.
5. Play a key role in updating and developing a new financial reporting framework within our new
General Ledger.
6. Report all findings to management with recommendations for improvement, and upon their
approval, implement strategies to induce such change.
Humanitarian Projects HPs:-
7. In collaboration with other finance staff, ensure that accurate records for all HPs transactions are
kept in the right format and place.
8. Prepare balance sheets and other reports as may be required.
9. Prepare finance reports in support of distribution of the Humanitarian.
10. Manage communication with the HP Finance team.
11. Ensure that the financial system is always up to date with financial data. •
12. Perform any other accounting duty that may arise from time to time.
Others :
13. Supervise other team members to manage third party complain if any
14. Supporting in putting KPI for the team
15. Play key role in Accounting System integration with OPs systems if any
16. Align with Treasury Manager to update the company Cash flow
Requirements
17. Experience in the same filed not less than 10 years at least
18. Graduated from faculty of commerce accountant department
19. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes
20. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
