We are seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Operations department and support our full-cycle recruiting efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential hires. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Utilize online platforms and networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Assist in creating job descriptions and conducting market research for benchmarking
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in hiring for both technical amp; non-technical roles.
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
