About the role:
Join our team as a Solutions Consultant and play a pivotal role in supporting and collaborating with our customer success and business development teams in Australia. As a Solutions Consultant, you will encourage and facilitate trials of new subjects and year levels in both existing and new schools. Your responsibilities include demonstrating our educational platform (EP) to school leaders, identifying at-risk schools and developing strategies to retain them, communicating competitor reviews and benefits to product and content teams, and actively developing networks to promote EP.
Our team is based globally and our ideal candidate will be based in WA Australia, however we are open to candidates in Singapore amp; UAE.
What you will do:
- Running in-person + virtual PD sessions across the region (travel may be required)
- Working closely with the BD Team to ensure trailing departments are well supported
- Providing insightful and useful tips and discussing pedagogical approaches
- Responding to email + phone queries
- Identifying and presenting upsell opportunities to the BD Team for follow up
- Ensuring schools resubscribe, and supporting the CSMs with at-risk departments
- Ensuring your product and industry knowledge is up-to-date, and communicated clearly at all times
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be required at the discretion of your manager/s.
About you:
- Teaching experience in an International school (desirable)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Focused on identifying upsell opportunities' and converting them to sale
- Experience running/managing in-school trials
