We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our client's real estate brokerage firm. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert guidance and market knowledge to help clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Market properties effectively through various channels
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Valid real estate license
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined
- Valid UAE Driving license
