This Office Manager role is a key position at BECO Capital and works closely with our finance and HR teams. The main responsibilities for this role are listed below.
Responsibilities
- Manage routine payments such as employee payroll, vendor invoices, and expenses for BECO..
- Prepare detailed reporting and manage documentation requests for regular audits, tax compliance, KYC processes, and general budget management.
- Lead all office admin responsibilities such as bank account opening and maintenance, insurance renewals, and licence renewals for smooth financial operations.
- Manage and process standard employee processes such as visa applications, employee insurance, and employee equipment across multiple countries.
- Manage office supplies and snacks inventory and prepare for team meetings and activities.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll processing, expense management, invoice processing, and financial report preparation.
- Experience in employee visa processing and employee insurance renewals, both in the UAE amp; KSA.
- Experience in handling expenses, payments, vendor invoices, financial reconciliation, licence and insurance renewal
- Familiarity with VAT, ESR filing, and tax-related responsibilities.
- Knowledge of audit procedures and has the ability to provide audit documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Excel.
