Senior Manager Network Planning

Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is looking for a Senior Manager Network Planning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our network and ensure the efficient and profitable operation of our flights. You will play a key role in shaping our route network, identifying new markets, and analyzing schedule performance. With our focus on luxury travel, we are seeking a candidate who can bring a creative and data-driven approach to network planning, ensuring that our guests receive an unparalleled travel experience.

• Develop and execute network planning strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and passenger demand to identify new route opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing routes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing, to align network planning with overall business objectives.
• Manage airline schedule planning activities, including route scheduling, aircraft allocation, and flight scheduling.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and business cases for new route proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airports, industry partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential new routes and destinations.
• Develop detailed business cases for proposed network changes,including traffic forecasts,revenue projections,and cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network planning or airline operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and trends.
• Excellent knowledge of airline schedule planning principles and processes.
• Experience with network planning software and tools.
• Proven track record of successful route development and optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
