About the roleZeta is looking to hire an Associate for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit in our offices in Bangalore. We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience in credit card operations management. The candidates should possess experience in credit cards dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation.Responsibilities- Operations Management
- SME in aspects of daily reconciliation for Payments , UPI , Payment Gateway , Acquiring merchant.Identify and consume all relevant files that are generated for settlement and reconciliation
- Setting up Operational processes for end to end reconciliation.
- Performing and closing exception within the TAT’s
- MIS and Finance reporting.
- Daily and monthly books closing.
- Monthly channel reconciliation between Zeta System and its partner bank, post reconciling the books issue recon certificate to stakeholders (partner bank, Zeta finance team etc).Statutory reporting
- Program Management
- Balance sheet
- Bank Reports
- QC Bank reports on various requirements.
- Fraud and risk monitoring
- Compliance reporting
- Coordination with internal teams for highlighting anomalies, if any.
Skills- Proficiency in Excel and working on various Reports.
- Willingness in developing and optimizing program management processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You’re a results-oriented self-starter, and a great communicator.
- Self-motivated, you like to work independently and possess strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Experience and Qualifications- Minimum 3-5 years of experience into Banking Operations
- Prior experience in handling reconciliation and operations projects is a must
