Job Description: IT Support Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first line support for IT-related issues and troubleshoot technical problems
2. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
3. Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems
4. Provide training to staff on IT systems and applications
