Cloud Security Arc - Presales
Job Role:
As a Cloud Security Arc - Presales, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team and clients to provide technical expertise and support in the domain of cloud security. You will play a key role in driving business growth by understanding customer requirements, developing technical solutions, and delivering successful presentations and demonstrations. In addition, you will work closely with the product management and engineering teams to provide valuable feedback and contribute to the development of new cloud security offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop effective solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support in the domain of cloud security
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of cloud security solutions
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to contribute to the development of new cloud security offerings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud security
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials
- Provide post-sales support and work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment of cloud security solutions
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security
- Experience in Fortinet, Nozomi, Palo Alto, SolarWinds, and Rapid7/ Tenable
- Experience with Forcepoint (Web Security (Proxy), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA))
- Experience with Barracuda (Web Security (Proxy), Web Application Firewall (WAF), Email Security)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in delivering successful presentations and demonstrations
- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop effective technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cloud security
- Relevant certifications, such as CCSP, CISSP, or CCSK, are a plus
