Apt Resources is currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agents to join our client's team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Dubai market.
You will work with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to investors, and provide expert advice and guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
Normal terms are as follows:
1) Agents with Broker Cards: 50% Commission on turnover generated plus monthly bonuses according to the targets
2) Agents with Portfolio Clients: 50% commission on clients/leads provided by the company. 60% commission for clients from the portfolio of the Agent
Bonuses on achieving the monthly targets
However, they are open to discussing a retainer or salary allowance if needed.
