We are seeking a dedicated Finance/ Insurance Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our finance penetration in the market. As a Finance Agent, your primary objective will be to increase the number of finance partners and
- Ensure communication with all the clients and complete their finance/insurance requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team, customers, banks, and transfer team to ensure the success of vehicle transfer.
- Identify and understand the client's objections and offer solutions.
- Assist with clients' queries and questions via phone, email, or during the viewing.
- Understand the motors market and its various audiences.
- Increase partnerships with Banks.
- Promote different rates which satisfy the buyer’s needs.
- Understand the customers’ needs very well before offering the product.
- Build rapport and strong relationships with the clients (Sellers and buyers)
- Prepare daily reports for Finance updates, Number of deals closed, and in the pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience as a Finance Agent in UAE (Preferably as an Auto-loan Banker)
- Experience in using CRM software/Apps
- Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
- Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
- Good knowledge of the UAE motors market and banks
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Strong closing skills.
- Strong communication and negotiations abilities to increase closing ratio.
- Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude
- Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
- Have a passion for helping others

- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively amp; efficiently
