Position Summary:

As a VIP Concierge - Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to high-profile clients and assisting with their luxury retail needs. VIP Concierge:

• Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs and requests are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, offering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments, reservations, and special requests for VIP clients.
• Accompany and guide VIP clients during their shopping experience, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
• Stay up-to-date with luxury product trends and offerings to provide accurate and timely information to VIP clients.
• Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by VIP clients in a professional and efficient manner.

Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Assist clients with product selection, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of luxury products and brands in order to accurately and confidently answer client inquiries.
• Participate in store merchandising and visual display efforts to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a VIP or concierge role.
• Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service to VIP clients.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury products, brands, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
