Position Summary:

Eram Talent is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team for a luxury jewelry retail store. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and showcasing our exquisite jewelry products in an attractive and captivating manner.

• Create visually stunning displays to showcase luxury jewelry products in an enticing and elegant manner.
• Conceptualize and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
• Collaborate with the retail team to understand product assortments, brand guidelines, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that all visual merchandising displays are executed with precision and attention to detail.
• Arrange and maintain the visual presentation of products on the sales floor, including proper placement, signage, and lighting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including fashion and design, to incorporate the latest trends into visual displays.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels for visual merchandising purposes.
• Train and support the sales team on visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising displays and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
• Strong creativity and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and techniques.
• Thorough understanding of current fashion and design trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using design software and tools.
• Knowledge of jewelry or luxury products is a plus.
