As Business Development Executive for dubbizle Jobs, your role is for driven sales professionals who are eager to excel and enhance their skills by providing recruitment solutions for many organizations in the UAE. Your role will be goal and target driven, and you will build and maintain large portfolios for many organizations.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales.
  • Prospect potential customers using various methods such as cold calling and face to face meeting.
  • Qualify prospects against product, service, and company’s requirements.
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needs.
  • Draft and deliver proposals via email as well as a high level of pitching techniques.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospects for lead management in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide forecasts on most likely sales revenues on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputation.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals
  • Tactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle client’s objections in any way.
  • Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients.
  • Aggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactions.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to always be on top.Result orientated with problem solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the company’s overall targets.
