About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day nancial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our nancial records.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Zoho Books as our primary accounting platform.
Maintain accurate inventory records that reect in both Zoho and Shopify platforms.
Prepare various nancial reports, including vendor reports, customer statements, and monthly/quarterly/annual nancial reports.
Perform administrative tasks when required, such as handling calls regarding deliveries, operations, and cash management.
Integrate Zoho Books with our Shopify online store, ensuring seamless synchronization of data.
Handle Stripe payments and ensure integration with Zoho for online payments.
Prepare and le VAT returns and handle VAT registration requirements.
Prepare and le corporate tax
Ensure compliance with relevant nancial regulations and standards.Collaborate with team members to streamline nancial processes and improve eciency.
Job Specification
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related eld.
1-2 years of experience in accounting and nancial management.
Prociency in using Zoho Books and Shopify platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in nancial reporting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is a plus.
