Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
Managing office supplies and inventory.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Maintaining office filing systems and databases.
Providing administrative support to team members as needed.
Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing.

Job Specification

Requirements:
