- Publish said properties on the CRM system (salesforce), manage inbound leads, and conduct viewings
- Oversee the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Negotiate deals, draft contracts, and collaborate with directors, legal and financial teams to ensure successful closings
- Build and nurture relationships with clients seeking real estate solutions by understanding their unique needs and aspirations to provide tailored and strategic property recommendations
- Stay at the forefront of the Dubai real estate market, tracking trends and identifying investment opportunities in the luxury sector
