VP The Service is seeking a compassionate and dedicated DHA Certified Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Dubai. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a home healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications and treatments, creating individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate medical records.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid DHA license or eligibility letter, have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent), and possess a minimum of 1 year nursing experience (preferably in home care or clinical settings). Strong clinical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Monitor health conditions, assess vital signs, and document patient progress.

• The administrator prescribed medications and treatments following healthcare protocols.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families on health management and self-care practices.

• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid DHA nursing license (or eligibility letter).

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred) or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care or clinical settings preferred).

• Strong clinical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
