Job Description
Job Summary:
Providing administrative support within an engineering consultancy office in Abu Dhabi, including reception and appointment scheduling, document management, following up on company registration with official bodies and banks, and preparing and tracking payments through the FAB (FBMS) system, to ensure smooth operation. Working with high efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing reception duties, calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Following up on company registration procedures with government agencies, banks, and procurement systems.
• Setting up and maintaining the FAB (FBMS) system for national loans and payments to consultants and contractors.
• Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files and managing project and administrative documents.
• Preparing, drafting, and printing correspondence, reports, and administrative memos.
• Following up on documents required for approvals from government agencies.
• Monitoring the office's administrative needs to ensure business continuity.
• Managing insurance renewals, trade licenses, and government permits.
