Al Safa Recruiters, a Dubai-based organization, is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Assist management with administrative support and office coordination
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude with attention to detail
