Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company and through self-prospecting
Advise clients on property prices, market conditions, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Promote off-plan and secondary market properties
Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or French is an advantage)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
