What you’ll be doing

Job Role: Accounts & Digital Media Coordinator

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent; On-site; Morning Shift

Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime, including stock management and payroll processing
Prepare and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards
Handle government/legal documentation and coordinate with vendors
Manage office operations and administrative tasks independently
Design advertisements, document templates and manage social media and marketing campaigns
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content or task automation

Compensation: AED 2000 - 2500 per month (based on experience)

What we’re looking for

Must-have: 3+ years accounting experience in UAE, proficiency with Tally Prime, stock management, payroll processing, familiarity with VAT and UAE accounting compliance, MS Office
Must-have: Ability to manage office administration and vendor/government documentation
Must-have: Basic skills to design ads/templates and manage social media; experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Preferred: Experience in IT/ELV industry, basic AutoCAD knowledge, valid UAE driving license
