What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a professional Family Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation and support for an executive household in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport family members to appointments, school, social and business events using company-provided vehicle; plan routes to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
- Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, coolant, tire pressure), ensure cleanliness, arrange routine servicing and maintain proper documentation for inspections and registration.
- Coordinate pick-up/drop-off times, manage minor errands and deliveries, and adapt to changing schedules with discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality of household matters, secure belongings, and exercise prudent judgment during travel.
- Keep records of trips, mileage and fuel; ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and carry valid driving license and necessary permits.
- Provide courteous, professional interaction with family members and visitors; assist with loading/unloading luggage or groceries when required.
What we’re looking for
Must have
- Valid UAE driving license (or transferable license) with a clean record; ability to produce license upon request.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience as a personal or family driver in Dubai or other UAE emirates; proven references.
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns and alternative routes in Dubai.
- Strong defensive driving skills and familiarity with UAE traffic regulations and parking procedures.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills: checking oil, coolant, tire pressure, jump starts and coordinating service appointments.
- Time management and punctuality; ability to plan routes and manage schedules under changing conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor when interacting with family members and guests.
- Discretion, reliability and trustworthiness handling household property and confidential information.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and light loads; stamina for extended periods of driving and standing.
