Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
- Apply sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume
- Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
- Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
- Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
- Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints
What we’re looking for
Must have:
Preferred:
- Fluent German (C1)
- Proven sales experience in any industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise
- Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in FX, financial services, or trading environments
- Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
- Qualification in FX, finance, or high-performance sales preferred
