What you’ll be doing
About the role
- Work as a Banking Sales Executive or Team Leader for a financial institution in the UAE.
- Build long-term customer relationships and deliver sales results for retail banking products.
- Work locations: Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Open positions: Personal Loan Sales Executive, Credit Card Sales Executive, Banking Sales Team Leader.
- Shift: Morning Shift. On-site role. Some travel required.

- Experience in UAE banking sales
- Experience selling Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Previous leadership experience for Team Leader roles
