Silver Star is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to grow revenue within assigned accounts and territories in the printing and packaging sector. The role involves business development, account management, customer visits across the Emirates, quotation preparation, order closing, and coordination with internal teams.

Role Summary:
Silver Star is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to grow revenue within assigned accounts and territories in the printing and packaging sector. The role involves business development, account management, customer visits across the Emirates, quotation preparation, order closing, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by identifying and qualifying prospects within printing and packaging.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting printing consumables, substrates, inks, and packaging materials.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, close orders while protecting margin and company policy.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service for order fulfilment and delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally in distribution of paper, printing, packaging, or industrial consumables.
- Sales skills: Prospecting, account development, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, CRM usage.
- Product knowledge: Basic knowledge of printing materials, inks, substrates, and packaging products or ability to learn quickly.
- Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; organized and able to work independently.
- Logistics: Valid UAE driving licence preferred; ability and willingness to conduct regular on-site customer visits across Emirates.
